Who needs Clinton when you have Peeping Bush? Seems the President can't find his campaign when faced with a heaving bosom.

Are those ICBMs strategic or tactical?

honestly, I'm no friend of the current administration, but I'd be looking in the same direction if I were mr bush; and so would anyone else. - rcb

More to the point, why's Jolanta got the cows out on the field? After a certain age and, ahem, weight, that really isn't becoming.

That may not be lust in Dubya's heart.

And, more to the point, is Dubya really looking where he seems to be looking? I'm reminded of the famous Elian photo, where it looked like the INS agent was pointing a gun right at the kid, when in fact he was not. When you compress three dimensions into two, sometimes you lose an important part of the situation. You can't see the Pres's eyes at all and he could be looking at, say, the champagne glass Jolanta is holding. Although maybe that's not really an improvement.

Yes. Gotta agree with Rebecca here. Even if there is no lust at all in his heart, he's gotta be thinking look at that dress, what was she thinking? Partisanship aside, here. I'm not accusing him of anything, but if someone wearing that dress bent down at that angle in front of me, I'm going to end up looking for at least a second...and that's when someone is going to be taking a picture.

Ever since the incident with Jenna's low-cut dress at the Inauguration Ball, he's probably been on permanent alert.

Cheesy Cunningham Strikes is on the story.

But if you ask me, the photo looks a helluva lot like a kitschy retro album cover for a loungy compilation. Cocktail party anyone?

Looks like Bush isn't the only one concerned with bosoms...

Haha, and here, they seem to be checking out Göran Persson, Sweden's prime minister's breasts. I wonder if he's wearing a Bro?

You're definitely trying way too hard.

I just can't believe that a man would ever look some woman's breasts.

It's crass. I make sure always to look only at the face.

You know, kudos to Bush for coping with all of these drinks receptions: especially in Poland, where alcohol is an integral part of social life. (I remember Polish friends at college talking about the use of vodka as a punctuation to conversations...)

And exposure to a frock like that would certainly have sent me to the nearest tray of glasses.

True, and there's only a couple places you can look without having your retinas damaged by that square pattern.

Yeah, but we wouldn't be able to see that anyway, because Laura Bush is blocking his crotch...
