I've seen SNL sketches that stretched out weak jokes until your ears bled, but this takes the cake.

Mildly amusing, I guess, but somehow I thought this was going to be a totally straight-up article about nonlethal weapons technology -- the Next Big Thing in postmodern warfare.

(Example: Instead of machine-gunning Mogadishu rioters to make them disperse from the food dispersal trucks, just spray them with brilliant purple foam that's also formulated to cause instant nausea and sticks in rapidly solidifying globs of goo.)
