Cat Photography

Special cat photographers There must be a gazillion photographs of cats on the internet. Most are by amateurs. Of these some are not bad and some good with a very small percentage that are special.
There are professional photographers who specialize in cat photography (not many though :-)). As is the case for amateurs, there are some good and some bad. And then there are the best . But where are they on the 'net? Some of the best are almost unheard of (Dani Rozeboom) and some are renown (Helmi Flick).
You can see the work of both these photographers at www.pictures-of-cats.org and look for Traditional Persians, Maine Coon, Ragdoll, and Bengal cats.
Dani lives with a fairly large number of cats. What is exceptional is that all of the cats are nothing short of fabulous looking and to boot, Dani is a fantastic photographer in a very understated and elegant way. Her photographs are not "in your face" but far more refined.
Helmi's work is all at cat shows as her clients demand that. In an entirely different and more formal manner they are also special.
