Australia Apologizes For Treatment of Aborigines

Aborigines in Australia held ceremonies at Parliament, marking what could be the start of better relations between the two peoples. They received an apology from PM Kevin Rudd: "We apologize for the laws and policies of successive parliaments and governments that have inflicted profound grief, suffering and loss on these our fellow Australians."
