A lot of those aren't fast food.
You can put shit on a plate instead of a wrapper and have a waiter with flair serve it but you're still polishing a turd.

Um, no. It is, in fact, list about the saltiest fast foods. Just because it's not McDonald's doesn't mean it's not fast food.
From # 20 to # 1: Denny's, Atlanta Bread Company, Baja Fresh, Cosi, Hardee's, Chili's, Fazoli's, PF Chang's, Arby's, Bob Evans, Swanson, Dunkin Donuts, Quizno's, Pizza Hut, Denny's, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Chili's, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Papa John's, Romano's Macaroni Grill
Anybody who thinks that's just list of normal, everyday foods deserves their fucking stroke.
