A familiar sight in many post-Thanksgiving households: Sloopy the dancing Chihuahua (SLYT).
I had to watch the entire thing just to be absolutely sure it wasn't a cleverly looped gif.

Times like these I wonder what the hell I was thinking by getting a big dog that can put its face and feet up on counters, instead of a cute little dog that will dance for scraps.

They used the wrong music! I tried to fix it. (Hit mute on the left video.)

I grew up with shameless chihuahuas, so this makes me feel at home.
My parents now have two young chihuahuas now who are considerably springier than the ones we've ever had. At one point, they learned to climb on the furniture and get themselves on the kitchen table.
Before he fixed this by moving the table, my dad would eat his entire lunch with his left arm raised protectively over his own plate, physically restraining the chihuahua horde, and occasionally giving them bites of ham from his fork. We are loving pet owners, but not perhaps the neatest.

I cracked up when I realized that this was somebody cleverly looping a few seconds of their dog tottering on its hind legs to make it look like it was doing an elaborate, well-coordinated dance. And then...

Big Cats: Takers
It probably makes me a bad person that I was hoping they were giving the tigers live turkeys and chickens to hunt.

Huh. For some reason, my cat's attempts at food theft are far less adorable.
I imagine her success might have something to do with it.

That dog's a pretty good dancer. It even looks like he/she is pawing a little air conga drum there near the end. I hope some treats were forthcoming after this spirited performance.

It was cute but considerably more boring than if they would have taken a video of their St. Bernard doing the same dance. Now that's entertainment!
