It's not YouTube, but here's Monster In A Box (1992) and And Everything Is Going Fine (2010) [not a monologue, a biopic from Soderbergh] from a website called VideoBash.

This is the one I got to see him do live. I wish we could have had him with us longer.

Saw him twice in Boston, and it was electric.

I miss Spaulding Gray a great deal. He lived for pleasure. He lived his art.

I'm not sure "He lived for pleasure" really describes Spalding Gray.
He certainly lived his art. Without his life, his art would not exist.

Everything Is Going Fine is amazing, for anyone who hasn't seen it and loves Spalding.
Really, watch it. So much footage of his early career, and a clear line of story about his life.
I really need to just buy all his filmed material. He's a minor god to me. If I could do what he did and find an audience for it, I would.

Every time I think about Spalding Gray, I think the same three things in one short burst:
1 -- Goddammit, why did he have to go?
2 -- How did he manage to break through as the apex monologuist and make a living at it?
3 -- He elevated the speechifying of people playing opposite him.
Just amazing.

Awesome. I am currently re-reading Morning, Noon and Night, had just recently rewatched And everything is going fine, but was lamenting not being able to find more. I, too , saw Grey's Anatomy live back in the day. He is missed.
