US Senate approves abuse of prisoners.

Who needs all those pesky rights? The US senate has passed s3930 which allows prisoner abuse, suspends habeas corpus, and grants immunity to government officials who have authorized such abuses in the past. Attempts to ammend 3930 were voted down.
