Thanks for the link!
I recently picked up three of the Eboy posters as well as "Hello" here... So, yes, I'm a big fan of pixel art (read: geek). Will be fun to put some of the training on the site to use.
Cheers,

Great post, tpl. I've recently become interested in the technique behind isometric pixel art since discovering the Pixelzilla theme for Firefox and wanted to make a port to Thunderbird. I have dug up some additional links--I'll post 'em later today.

There was a site online awhile back where people built isometric skyscrapers. Individuals could contribute their own floors to the building, and the site would stack them up and show you. Anyone know the site? "Pixeltown" is the name that I have in mind, but I think that's wrong. And it's not icontown either.

Did anyone else think it was weird that the full-page illustrations in AMERICA: The Book were isometric pixel art (self-link warning)?

I knew I had seen this type of image before, but didn't know what it was called until I read this post. Thanks!

Er... the "Rhys Davis" that wrote the FPP link... isn't the same as the LoTR dwarf, right?
