yeah never got the whole 'cute' thing but it seems to make people happy posted by Lovecraft In Brooklyn at 12:42 AM on April 14, 2011
Dear cute-video making people,
Your kitten/puppy/hamster/ferret/bunny/turtle/kit fox/slow loris/sugar glider or whatever is absolutely adorable. Plinky piano or midi music, however, is not. Not ever. It does not heighten, enrich or enhance my cuteness experience in any way. It just makes me hate you, and that's really not fair because I'm sure you are perfectly nice.

The first video I got wasn't a cute thing at all, it was this crazy homicidal looking dolphin.

I can haz-been.
No really. A lot of popular internet memes that aren't as popular anymore tour the Midwest and especially the auto-shows. I was at a trade show in Louisville recently, and I met Charlie who bites fingers. Randy Pausch did one more lecture. There was a showing of Downfall, where Hitler complained that it wasn't worth dominating the world anymore, and that he was upstaged by Charlie. At the end of the evening, everybody sang along to the FreeCreditReport.com song, because that guy is a musical genius, no matter what you think. posted by twoleftfeet at 3:33 AM on April 14, 2011 [6 favorites]
