It's listed on youtube as "The Internet in 1969" It's probably one of those weird government agency documentaries.

Man, the future sure did take a long time in getting here. And even still...people are bitchin' about "Where's my jetpack and my flying car, dooods!!"
At the end of that video the announcer says something about a "communal service agency" which had me scratching my head a bit. Could he mean an ISP??
