Ohio landlord: whites only in this pool. Yes, it's 2011.

An Ohio landlord who posted a "Whites Only" sign at a pool wants the Ohio Civil Rights commission to reconsider its decision that this constituted discrimination against a black girl. Jamie Hein posted the sign at a pool in a duplex in Cincinnati, saying that it was because the chemicals in the girl's hair would make the pool "cloudy." The girl's parents subsequently moved out of Hein's complex and filed a discrimination charge. The commissioners are to hear the request for reconsideration on Thursday.
