Very cute ninja kitten moves. From his other videos, he is really going to regret teaching his kitten that fingers are toys in about 10 lbs from now.

I let our older feral cat watch that. His only response was "See! That's why we're not getting any friggin' kittens!"

Nikita, Hrusčof ? BoBo Milošević ?

The older cat, Bobo, keeps tipping back and forth between "ehh, he's a kid so I'll cut him some slack" and "okay, enough's ENOUGH!". It's funny from a spectator's viewpoint, but just about every parent will also nod in sympathy when Bobo brings the smackdown.

OMG - Nikita is THE KITTENEST RIGHT HERE. So weensy. And very boingy, from day one. Ay yi.

Thank you very much for introducing me to this kitten, boo_radley. It's like getting a whole collection of purring and squeaking little rubber swatting kitty videos to keep in my back pocket for a gloomy day.

This is quite possibly the best thing in the history of infinity.

Dammit, now I want a kitten.

Hm... I don't think they're trying to get along very seriously.

PS: I think this is what they mean by The Singularity.

My cat was entirely uninterested in that video until someone miaowed and then she went to hunt down the intruder and ELIMINATE THEM.

I think my favorite thing is that she doesn't quite yet understand how her butt works in the whole scheme of things. It just sort of randomly goes flying, sending her tumbling over with her little pink paws waving in the air.

Hey, getting one's pounce routines properly configured takes a lot of work! It's not like nowadays when the kittens just download the Pouncester app from the web and are ready to go! On the upside, old-school pounce configuration does not compromise your personal information (but may compromise your dignity).

I woke up this morning to the slow motion version courtesy of a friend. Today is all the Nikita!

So cute! I also have a cat named Nikita! (It has been many years since she was that kittenish and sproingy and tiny, though.)

What I don't understand is why the ad that pops up with this is trying to sell me a "CIA Intelligence Degree". Like, that's a thing? And people who watch cat videos might want one?

It's not really just a cat video. It's also a steganographic message to those who can understand it.

Great, now I want to adopt every kitten in the world (luckily it's not kitten season).
