Create and customize your own Golden Age of Sci-fi book covers with The Pulp-O-Mizer!
It's not quite as customizable as it could be, but a little effort gets results that are close enough to old school to be fun.
(and fortunately, the Pulp-O-Mizer is entirely safe when used as directed)

smoke: "This is fabulous. I predict artw and TheWhelk may physically love you for this."
I love it when a plan comes together!

Hopefully this isn't too much of a derail, since we're talking about pulp, but I was just wondering if I should post this separately, but it probably will nestle here just as good: The Woman Whose Pulp Art Was Too Sexy for “Public Decency”. Potentially NSFW.
I totally love the The Pulp-O-Mizer too.

Oh man, this is so great. I wish you could name the magazine so I could publish Titanium Platypus Thieves from Outer Space in Stultifying Stories of Pseudo-Science.

This is a fun thing - thanks for posting it!
Semi-related thought: If the generic book cover designer(s) whose work was discussed in this thread could adapt the code used to make the Pulp-O-Mizer, their potential customers could "design" their own covers. Even less work for them!

Fun!
But the real reason I'm commenting is to say that this title is awesome!

Nice concept ... but, do you have anything in trashy 60s libertine dimestore novel covers?

Holy crap, this is awesome. This was the first thing to come to mind.
It's too bad you can't customize the titles, and that there aren't more foreground options, but it's hard to complain about something like this.
There also appears to be a whole other area of the site dedicated to a text adventure/choose your own adventure type of story that's worth checking out.
