I was really hoping for a snow angel.

To extrapolate from what kinnakeet said:

They see me rollin', nevermore will they be hatin'.

Based on my interactions with them in my yard, I decided a few years ago to refer to all corvids as Hoppy-Squawkies, as I felt it best characterized their behavior.

This one will be part of a new sub-set I'll call Rollie-Squawkie-That-Will-Probably-be-Hoppy-Again-Soon.

They also remember you, so, uh play nice unless you want a winged enemy with a penchant for consuming soft fleshy bits of you.

That raven was thinking about skis and toboggans the whole time. Well, up until the end, when things got suddenly "Hey! Dirt! Drop off! Wooooops!"

It's not all fun and games being a raven, sometimes you fall off of things. Fortunately, you get to make up for this by leading souls to the Afterlife!

Awesome. But it's actually a hooded crow, not a raven.

Kinda makes you wonder how smart the dinosaurs might have been. Perhaps it's a good thing they're extinct.

Yeah, the snowboarding raven is awesome.

Remember the days when we used to claim with a straight face that humans were the only tool-using animals?

I'm making friends with the corvids in my backyard. I leave them peanuts and make a distinctive whistle while doing so. Just in case.

Land cephalopods, I'm telling you.

...And the raven, like bird bowling, still is rolling, still is rolling
On the pale white dust of snowfall just outside my chamber door;
And his eyes have all the glowing of a schoolchild when it's snowing.
And the sunlight o'er him flowing throws his shadow on the drift;
And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the drift
Shall be lifted---nevermore!

There is this one crow that lives down the block from me and when I walk by it goes into a fit,
screaming and cawing. The other crows do nothing...just this one crow. I have never held any bad feeling for
them, I love them all...I love crows dearly and they are so smart...I think they should hold the
Lucasian chair at Cambridge....but It hates my guts, and I don’t know why. it kind of hurts my feelings.... other people walk down the street and nothing
happens...but as soon is I head for the store he/she goes nuts.
...If you are reading this my dear crow friend, and I know you are certainly capable of doing so, easy does it buddy.
your going to hurt your throat.
