This is amazing. I often wished I was religious so I could preach - properly preach, not just pretend to preach through poetic platitudes. I love that whole style, the exhortations, the call and response. You can see it in Jerry Lee Lewis and John Spencer - is it still around anywhere else?

Great find. Blues Brothers is an all-time favorite movie - learning about this extra, unaired footage gets a big amen.

Tim, this is truly a great find. An epic find. Downloading as we speak. Thanks so much, this is Post of the Year as far as I'm concerned.

This is great. I haven't heard even an edited version of this since I wore out my Blues Brothers soundtrack cassette in my senior year of high school.
