A Texas judge is enforcing a "morality clause" from a woman's divorce papers to force her lesbian partner of three years to vacate their shared home. Under the clause, someone who has a “dating or intimate relationship” with the person or is not related “by blood or marriage” is not allowed after 9 p.m. when the children are present. This isn't the first time this has happened in Texas.

I hope that people will pitch in on the legal costs to help these families take this all the way to the supreme court (where hopefully, they win) and then this nonsense can stop, and everyone can live happily ever after.
