Split Single, a supergroup featuring Britt Daniel (Spoon), Jason Narducy (Verbow, Bob Mould), and Jon Wurster (Superchunk, Mountain Goats) went to Indiana to hand out $100 of pizza from a gay-friendly pizza parlor outside Memories Pizza, a pizza parlor that has publicly declared that it would not cater gay weddings under Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act law. posted by Juliet Banana (9 comments total)

I think someone should start a specialty business that caters gay weddings with high-end, gourmet pizza.

Meanwhile, the gofundme for Memories Pizza is now up to $177K. Ugh.

Supporters have also raised over $175,000 (and still growing) for Memories Pizza in less than 24 hours on GoFundMe.

EDIT: removed the link per request. It was only for sourcing. I don't support it or anything.

I can't believe stuff like this is going on in America in this day and age. These people should be deported! Who the hell serves pizza at a wedding? You get a blender, I get canapes. THAT'S THE DEAL.
