Worth the risk, thanks. Looking forward to the prequels and sequels. Wish they'd included the number of instances in parentheses after each keyword (e.g. "Trick (4)").

Some kind of vague description of a plot device.

So just about 400 of these, in (looking it up) 172 episodes. Average of a bit over two per episode, which is some kind of impressive.

Some kind, some unkind, but Star Trek still brought us some good TV shows & movies.

At best, Star Trek is amazing science fiction rarely seen on big or small screen. At worst, it's average TV.

So, now I'm curious: Did this happen on the other series? I mean, Voyager didn't have only two or three writers for the entire run, so this sort of phenomenon must have popped up on the other series as well. If not, well, that's just damned freaky.

OMG this is ten minutes long.

Sent to my 14 year old daughter who says Voyager is the best Trek because it is smart like TNG but action-y and exciting like TOS.

The aesthetic effect of this video is like the giddy sublimity of a droning, repetitive neo-Beat poem.

I'm sorry, but I have to object to #106 being included, where the Doctor says "Some types of EM radiation". The "some kind of" and "sort sort of" moments are where the crew is trying to place a name on something heretofore unknown, but in the Doctor's "Some types of" moment he is explaining known differences between types of EM radiation. Totally different. Ruined the whole thing for me.

This is exactly the kind of increasing decline in Trekker discourse and flagrant disregard for the real facts of Federation history that led to JJ Abrams casting Benedict Cumberbatch as Khan in Star Trek Into Darkness and eventually to the election of Donald Trump. I mean, seriously, if I can't trust Trekkers to get these kinds of details right, who can I trust about anything anymore? I guess we truly have entered a post-factual age.

Voyager was the worst Trek because the actors moved around like in TNG but were wooden, like the sets in TOS.

Oh, and I suppose that reference to "trekkers" means you're one of those self-hating fans who eschew the name "trekkie"?

Aha! That slander gave you away! It's clear now that we have a Whovian in our midst trying to stir up trouble by denigrating Trekkers superior fandom. You can save your insults, we will not give in to divisiveness here!

Hmmph, I mean really, a sonic screwdriver? How absurd. That show scarcely qualifies as real science fiction.

Also, <3 B'Elanna, with what seems to be the most "some kind of" dialogue.

The photon torpedo truthers don't phase me, but those damned "not the real Harry Kim" claims get me steamed.

It's clearly the rest of the Voyager crew that are the duplicates, with only Harry Kim and Naomi Wildman being from the original ship. All the speculation to the contrary is just propaganda from the Deep Space Nine side, miffed that Voyager was stealing their spotlight.

I chuckled out loud at how Chakotay loomed out of the darkness at 3.23 to say, almost threateningly, "Some kind of parallel universe" and then subsequently thought, "Oh, Chakotay, isn't that just like you...." and, then felt like a big goober for thinking that and, come to think of it, knowing how to spell Chakotay off of the top of my head.

Eh.....let us all be goobers together.
