2002 British Design and Art Direction Awards dunno when they came out, but there's some pretty cool stuff on there! definately check out the music videos :)
Interesting article in the Financial Times related to this - an interview with Jonathan Ive, who's picking up an award for the iPod. It opens with an amusing mini-interview with Steve Jobs:
What's your all-time favourite Apple design? "It doesn't work like that..." Does Apple's distinctive design stop its computers being a mass-market proposition? "The question's not quite accurate..." Did design save Apple? "That's a trite understanding of what happened at Apple..." Your chief designer is British - are Brits particularly good at industrial design? "We don't care where they come from..." Why wasn't the Newton hand-held a success? "That's ancient history - who cares?"
