When will?? Asia-pacific surpass the US in Internet users? 2005 according to the good folks at BT Internet and their BTExact technology timeline

They (author Ian Perason) may or may not be correct about Internet users in 2005, but on the whole his crystal ball looks quite fuzzy (see especially the third message). That's ok, nobody's good at predicting the future. He just gets paid for it.

Asia: 65,850,500 (1999); 108,231,100 (2000); 156,508,500 (2001).

Oceania: 6,416,500 (1999); 7,653,300 (2000); 8,505,300 (2001).

USA: 102,000,000 (1999); 124,000,000 (2000); 142,823,000 (2001).

Sorry, BTexact, the Asia-Pacific region overtook the US in internet users last year. Can I have my consultant's fee now?
