Things that scare me at my work. I just discovered that my employers consult a psychic before major business decisions. This scares the fuck out of me. What scares you about your job?

Boy this will troll only negative answers, Why, because anyone who likes their work, has an occupation. As I don't, would be the: were a "right to work state", the code everyone seems to be adopting. As, a bottom line we don't have to hire you, or employ you, by the way our new checks you refer to are not pink.

I like my job but that in no way changes the fact that the company I work for has been VERY badly managed for many years. It also scares me that we manage to remain one of the best manufacturers in our catagory and we manage to make money being as screwed up as we are. The companies who can't match us must be absolute nightmares to work for!
