And yet made obvious in these videos where the camera is rotating at the same speed as him. Neat.
Anyone know why he has his face all scrunched up in most of these videos?
A combination of extreme concentration and vomit-suppression? I can't imagine the experience of actually doing this and feel it's better not to try.

That is a well-known technique in the juggling world. It makes it look hard.

Or so the joke goes. Actually, learning new tricks takes so much concentration that you often forget to keep your face normal.

I must admit that I am pretty disappointed that there is no actual juggling in space. Perhaps he should have called it barn juggling?

My guess would be that it's the result of being suspended face down and having to strain to keep his neck up (per the behind the scenes videos).
