Otters see the first snow of the year. Happy otters enjoy playing with snow, and swimming in a warm outdoor tub and a cold outdoor pool.

Ooooh my goodness! This video is pure weapons grade cuteness. Catching snowballs with their little otter hands! Making little otter footprints! Hot tub squeaks and adorable ottery trepidation! Thank you for the link; I stopped watching pet otter videos because I was just oversaturated with them and I wanted to shift my recommendations so I would have missed out on this top notch example of the genre.

Kotaro & Hana! I love their antics, Kotaro's "one wet, one dry" tic is adorable & Hana's just so expressive.

I'm also glad that, near as I can tell, they're well cared for. There's a real risk of pet otters driving otter smuggling, but there's some room for properly licensed & tracked otters to perhaps create a domestic otter breeding pool.

They go out with Aty & Ui onto the river, & Hana is littermates with Komugi from Loutre. So sometimes there's a great Otter symposium on the river!

I want a real snowfall for them.

They are extremely cure, and I have enough French to read the subtitles, which adds to the fun.

So having recently seen films of river otters in Voyageurs National Park, I wonder if they have to remove the scent glands of otters to make them house trained. (Like ferrets.) Because they sure do like spraying and rubbing their funk all over the place.
