So... correct me if i'm wrong, but basically Sleep Tight is a piece of paper with an Apple logo that you put between your keyboard and the LCD when you close the laptop.

Right?

If so, this is an example of true marketing genius.

Non-Europeans: I have some A4 paper if you need it.

I print my resume on A4 paper. It's slightly taller than American standard 8-and-a-half by 11, so in a stack of resumes it sticks out a little. Heh.

Yes, and it irritates the secretary because it doesn't fit neatly into the file folder, so she whacks off the sticky-outy bits with the paper cutter.

I'd be interested to know if anyone has gotten better results than a bunch of squiggly or random lines from that Auto-Illustrator software. I'd sure be interested in seeing it.

Actually, I believe Designer's Republic, early adopters of the beta software that went on to become Auto Illustrator, have been using it for the vast majority of their work for several years now.

luriete - that's really interesting, especially considering Autechre (who I associate them with) use generative techniques for their recent music.
