This is amazing. Equally great is that the prequels don't exist in the Navajo Star Wars universe.

There's an article in here about how gamer culture, with its cause du jour of backwards compatibility, could find common ground with language preservation. A lovely progressive bond formed. But it's nearly midnight and I'm not writing it.

That's really neat. I'd love to have access to the screenplay or a transcript, if not the video itself, as a translation to investigate. (I make no claims of connection to or competence at Diné bizaad, but have a couple of reference books and a linguistics education and an occasional compulsion to try to internalize Athabaskan verbal morphology).
The Navajo telecast of Super Bowl XXX would also be a lovely thing to be able to hear (or read a transcript of).
