This is awesome.

I remember when house music, GOOD house music, was on pop radio and scored big hit after big hit. Like everything else it became bloated and full of itself and needed to wander in the wilderness for a while to find itself again, but it was one heck of a time.

I often evangelize to people that Donna Summer has been so historically underrated from the disco and dance backlash. Just a singer's singer, absolutely phenomenal voice.

It really didn't help that Summer found religion and actively distanced herself from her earlier career for decades.
