Perfecting smoked salmon for astronauts brings us one step closer to developing zero-G salmon lox, which is brined but not smoked or cooked, which takes us one step closer to astronauts having bagel with a schmear. Probably not an everything bagel, though.

I could not remember his name but I knew exactly what photo this was before clicking through. So great.
