Oh, I am thrilled to see this. I love Peter David, both for his comics and for his "Oh, so..." column. Thanks for the link! posted by Joey Michaels at 2:33 PM on February 6, 2003
Heh. I first read that as Larry David, and thought "hey, that's cool - he's a very clever writer, I'll check it out". I was both surprised and confused to see all the comic book. posted by yhbc at 2:39 PM on February 6, 2003

Stuff = comix, star trek and a whole bunch of things with Billy Mumy in them... posted by ubi at 3:24 PM on February 6, 2003
For a while, he was the best Hulk writer ever. Then, for another while, not so much. Anyway, I was sad to learn that Ang Lee won't be following his example and actually telling a thoughtful, introspective story about a giant brute that crushes tanks and wears purple drawers.

Peter David's 'Q-in-Law ' was the only Star Trek tie-in I kept when I sold off my whole collection in the wake of needing some space in my room for my newer obsessions .... (that'll get them gossiping) posted by feelinglistless at 4:24 PM on February 6, 2003
feelinglistless: "Q-in-Law" was the ONLY StarTrek: TNG book I have *ever* read which I really really wished they'd turn into an episode. It would have absolutely rocked. posted by kaemaril at 5:47 PM on February 6, 2003
