These boyz lack a certain sense of history. Where's the props to Trevor Horn-era ART OF NOISE? They may not have invented the Orch Hit, but they fixed in the fabric of pop music like nobody else. posted by soyjoy at 9:04 AM on March 28, 2003

soyjoy, when people talk about the one record they heard as a kid, teen, whatever, that turned them around, woke them up, turned them on, or whatever...it's usually something meaningful and all, by a poet/songwriter/philosopher/super-duper guitar god and/or goddess. For me, it was "Into Battle With The Art of Noise". I don't know what that means, and it's probably unfortunate...but truly, I have taken the path less traveled, and that has made all the difference....
Oh, and orch hits rawk da house. posted by dragstroke at 9:29 AM on March 28, 2003
