What's worse? A Chickenhead Chicken McNugget or the Cream of Condom soup from McCormick & Schmick's?

Are we commenting on every slow-news-day story on CNN now? Don't people have blogs for crap like this?

What's worse?(soup tale)
"The case has been resolved... in its entirety in a manner acceptable to both sides today,"

Not knowing what really happened. Was the soup tested for "human secretion"?
Also, if the waiter is guilty and it was only a condom, how much compensation would she be entitled besides an apology? The way the article is worded she assumed the condom contained cum.

And, wouldn't the rude waiter be the obvious choice after finding a condom in your soup; so why would he do it? With the laws today, seems you would be convicted of a sex act.

Incidentally, CNN Center prominently features a McCormick & Schmicks at the corner of Marietta and Centennial Olympic Drive.

How do you get a whole rolled up condom in your spoon without noticing what it is?

Chowder goes in the condom, not the other way around.

I tried for funny when I tried submitting the story to Fark this morning, but someone had beaten me to it and the story wasn't even posted.
