Mark of the Beast or marvel of technology?

Aren't they one and the same to these folks?

Watch out! This thread number is 32026! You all know what that means!?

32 is just one shy from 6, and you add four to 02, and you have 6 at the end. That makes 666!

OH NO!

This thread is the THREAD OF THE BEAST!

Teeth will gnash, and bones will break!

mr moon pie, those links are wonderful. thanks!

plemeljr - have you considered the even more frightening assembly of numbers?
32026 = 3(times)2 - six! then 02 6 - could be just another way of saying two sixes!

i am very sorry for giving birth to this thread of the beast!

(also, for the discussion, the whole chip in my arm really rubs me wrong)

mr moon pie's two link is the new ill

All that's needed to make the 666 thing come true is already happening. Make light of it if you will but, when terrorist databases are open to private companies, as mentioned here on slashdot, in order to prevent undesirables from engaging in certain commercial activities, how much of a stretch is it, really, to say that tamper-proof internal ID is needed to deal with the flaws that external ID systems have in ensuring a person is who they say they are?

You don't have to believe in the entirety of the Bible's wacky bad-trip apocalypse, in order to think there may be some truths to what it contains.

The little chip in your arm can proclaim all it likes exactly who you are, but if the database people are accessing in order to determine if you are "good" or "evil" has faulty information in it. Anyone remember the David Nelson incident last summer?

I won't ever be getting a VeriChip, even if someday in my lifetime it's required by the government. If that means living in a cave on the side of some mountain and eating berries and badgers for the rest of my life, so be it.

That bible stuff is a red herring(YHVH). John's revelation is most likely not referring to current events of our times although I do find all that stuff about the monkey empire following the war against the machines worth reading. And besides I have pretty solid evidence that the "bible" as we have it today was written during the 24 hours of May 1, 1776 by Adam Weishaupt (a.k.a. George Washington) and a cabal of international bankers. In short, it is a fraud, a latter day forgery. That said, doesn't the cashless economy, as heralded by the beast chip, along with the growth of the credit industry suggest a return to the days of the company store? As it stands now, with more and more people living beyond their means via credit cards and the coincident rise in monopolization and concentration of the banking and credit industries along with the rest of capital, wouldn't things be simpler if we did simply work for chits rather than abstract federally controlled dollars? No doubt the modern day Rockefellers and Carnegie's would thinks so. Since money is enough of an abstraction to alienate us from the reality of our labor and thus allow corporations to extract our surplus value, then surely the whore-babylon-666-beast chip will result in an even more servile and confused = easily controlled population. Call 1-800-BUY GOLD now!!!

Did I mention the fact that military jets have been doing flyovers of my house bombarding me and my loved ones with their chem-trails full of vitamin zed? I think that the beast chip is in the anthrax vaccine, so keep a cool head.

Are there any accredited universities offering degrees in advanced tinfoil helmet construction? At least we can be certain that no matter how volatile trading in the platinum group metals gets, we will definitely have a bonesman in the whitehouse until '08. Jubelo, Jubela, Jubelum.

PALM BEACH, FL — Imagine having a microchip inside your body that would store your identity and important medical information, and might even tell people where you are. Is it a sign of the end times or simply a sign of progress?

What a pathetic, weak, vapid argument. Ad hominem.
