I mean, who wants to transform themselves into an alien, you know? Joshua does. With disturbing results.
Q: And his ears?
A: I cut them off. It was not hard.

Modifications by Lukas Zpira:
First we excised triangular strips along the lip and pulled it "in" toward the mouth's inside. The effect was thinned lips to almost nothing, and no "divet" under his nose. In the second part we cut away the edge skin of his mouth and stitched it together. There was scarring but we knew we would tattoo over it.

Not to burst a bubble, but this page has an address of 20030401.htm. That leads me to suspect one of BME's notorious April Fool posts, like adding and subtracting (definitely an 0401 hoax).

OK so I am bubble bursting.

as much as i do think this is an april fools joke, it is a strange fact that people are heavily modifying themselves to this degree (see "demon")

anyway, adding and subtracting had this as a comment in its source:

Yes, this was an April Fools prank!

You're not the only person that didn't get it.

Check out some of the messages I got!

joshua's article doesn't. hmm.

If there's a tiger man, I don't find a grey alien man that hard to buy. (Not saying this isn't a fake, just that I don't find it too implausible to be true.)

My first thought? "I hope he never needs glasses."

They really should have shaved his head. All that hair spoils the effect but he might look creepy bald.

It is an April Fool's joke and the site owner did post that, afterwards.

Or you could just look at badtattoos.com, where the 'art' is inarguably real, and pretty much awful, as well.

? Other than the picture of Dick Cheney, what NSFW content is there? Granted, the words "gay" and "porn" appear in the text, but I'm not sure that renders it NSFW. (If it does, then this message is also NSFW!)

Huh. Didn't even notice 'em, and I thought I was making a fairly decent half-assed attempt to see anything rude!

strangely, I now feel obligated to say "puffies." Go figure.

And what about the dude in Britain who kept "accidently" having his limbs removed and now claims to be more complete than ever? I always love telling that story as an example of the incredible range of human behaviours.
