The shirt is a joke japanese shirt that says something like "warning: perverts on train" (the guy is touching the girl).

And if anyone's confused, there's a meme where people subject their friends to the goatse man and take a photo as they see it for the first time. Someone out there on the internet are loads of "first goatse" images like this. Getting Ron Jeremy to do this is like bagging the biggest fish possible. Extra points to the hedgehog for immediately showing it to someone else, to pass on the magic of your first goatse.

I'm endlessly annoyed by the goatse phenomenon, and thus only slightly amused by pictures of porn stars being shocked and dismayed by these shocking and dismaying images. However, everyone else seems to be utterly impressed and for that I will give this thread the thumbs up. You, mwhybark, have accomplished a nigh-impossible feat.

Look at the motion blurs. It's not somebody with no motor skills it's somebody who has there camera set for a second or so exposure. Maybe they forgot to turn on the flash, maybe they didn't have a flash.
