Nice. I wish he didn't use the tired Flash page-flip navigation, but still good. The title, if anyone's curious, translates to "My grandfather's girls", or something similar.

Wonderful post, growabrain. I think that the presentation and the music greatly add to the overall effect. They invite one to slow down and take time to enjoy these photos.

WTF? A couple months back there was an article about the no-tech notebooks from Moleskine, and everyone was gushing about how gorgeous they are, and how tactile, and so on. Now someone uses Flash to approximate the metaphor and suddenly it's tired and the WORST.INTERFACE.EVAR?

I thought the interface was beautiful, and beautifully appropriate - without it, what have you got but a bunch of old photos of partly nekkid chicks?

I so dubbed it because it takes me about 25-30 seconds of mouse wrangling to get from one "page" to the next - I highly reccomend the site to anyone who needs to be sympathetic to someone who's never used a mouse before.
