Iraq Elections Run Like American Elections

Seems that Bush and Co. may have rigged the Iraq election. With some provinces claiming that 99% of people voted FOR the election. This would be highly suspect even without all the bombs, and political strife going on in Iraq now. I guess Bush's B.S. about "democracy building" means as much over there as it does over here.

Don't worry. The votes have been carefully counted and recounted, and all agree.
The Iraqi Constitution passed 5-4.
