konolia, I suspect they do a brisk trade with the frills-and-satin 'sissy' crowd and the adult babies/infantilism people. From my experience with older, defensively heteronormative transvestites, you'd be surprised at how much reassurance some people likely take from the 'made for men' line on the site.
