Thanks very much anastasiav. It's definitely an improvement over the University of Wisconsin version, particularly with the indexing. Comparing one with the other, the illustrations are far superior too. I wish they were higher resolution, alas beggars can't be...

excellent find, thank you anastasiav! This is one of those treasures that requires some time to dig into, great bookmark. BTW, I never did thank you for the scans of soviet books link a week or so back.
