Two things:
1. It would have looked cooler if it looked like the initial drawing, like a separate bubble for each dog.
2. All the puppies should be pugs, for maximum cuteness/weirdness.
Having said that, this is completely badass.

Is it me or does it lack any kind of propulsion system?

I've seen this picture circulating around, didn't know what it was from. Sadly, it's just a prop, but still cool. Thanks!

I won't be entirely satisfied until there's an animated LOL Puppy Monorail gif.

Humans can push it! That sounds like a system to me.

Nice lawn, good landscaping, bitchin' garage and he builds puppy monorails with his wife. What I wouldn't give for neighbors like that.

Imagine, a pet with "the loyalty of a cat and the cleanliness of a dog"
Great idea, dipsomaniac :)

I thought Ceiling Cat just got around...in the ceiling. Maybe a suspended ceiling?

Boxcars for the little hobo pekingese would be awesome. And a cow-catcher for suicidal retrievers.

I think I must have missed the boat on the pug trend (and yes, they seem to be the trendy dog nowadays). I don't know, that squished-in snout that everyone thinks is so cute kinda freaks me out. I like my puppies to look like they're grinning.
Also, the puppy monorail is adorable.

Do the puppies live in concentrated population centers, that are apart from each other, and apart from the commercial centers in which they work?
They should be mad at the vile spending of their taxpayer money in such a thing, but, instead, they are happily moving from nowhere to no such place.
If they were cats you could expect a riot.

Note; the "native american indian dog" is likely a scam. There is much evidence that I'm too lazy to link but is available via google that it is a created breed to fit what people want to believe a dog like that should look like.
Chances are, the Carolina Dog, or Yellow Dog are what native americans had as dogs. But they aren't as "wild looking", so don't have the interest (even though they are likely extremely old).

Myeah... it's not so much a monorail as a set of wooden boxes on a fence. Want to come hang out in my puppy time machine? ;0D

Puppies! On a train!
I thought they sounded like an interesting breed, but was skeptical like [insert clever name here]. Following some links from the original post, they're expensive lil'buggers...
Adoption fee's:
Plains type: $1500.00
Shipping related costs are additional

I'm 'fraid a little added pep might have ended up in a puppy pileup on the hard, hard ground.
