I shouldn't operate heavy machinery even while sober, apparently.

Oh, it wasnt all that bad. Levels 1-9 were pretty easy since nothing moved, just needed to be patient.

When things started moving it got harder, as required you to not be precise, but to be FAST. I lost all of my lives on levels 15 and 16 =(

i think level 20 is impossible. that is all.

It's like trying to hop on a moving vehicle, casconed. If you move along side of it, it's easier to get on.

FYI: if you wanna skip a level, rightclick and select Play. Level 20 is actually pretty easy (compared to the previous ones).

i couldn't figure 20 out. my claw moved more slowly than the damn bar, and i couldn't get out of the way =(

The trick to 20 is to to grab it and instantly"fold" up your arm to move faster. In fact if you keep holding down the arrows you'll then fold up over the pivot; and if you keep holding, then you should be able to unfold in the precise location to drop the ball in the hole.

Up until level 25 or so, the key to these seems to be to integrate the motion of both parts of the arm into a single smooth movement.

This may hold true past level 25, but once the arm's fulcrum starts moving, it exceeds my ability to integrate.

I got past level 20 easily enough, but I used up my lives early on because I can't seem to map the arrow keys to the arm movements correctly in my brain. I keep hitting the wrong one.

Awsome game. Thanks!
Now, my boss needs to go away so I can keep trying to get past 28.

Oh, and to do lvl 20:

1) Start with the arm totally extended.
2) Circle clockwise by holding down "Right". Don't let go for the whole level.
3) Allow the bar to gradually get closer and closer to you.
4) Use "Down" to make fine ajustments to the claw.
5) Be prepaired to hit "Down" as soon as you hear the ball attach. Continue to hold "Right". This is how you escape the fast bar.
6) Hold both "Down" and "Right" The arm will swing a bit and should find the hole almost automaticly.

To distill this down:
Wait for the bar to get close to the arm.
Press and hold both "Down" and "Right" as soon as the ball is grasped. With any luck, that's all you'll have to do.

I'm terrible at this game because I always end up right next to a wall and then I immediately forget whether it's "up" or "down" that will turn me the direction I need to go. Then I choose incorrectly.

I think this game would be fun, but I apparently don't have the spatial reasoning for it.

The key for 20 is..

Point the forearm (second link) toward the bar just the right amount for you to grab the ball when it gets to the hand. Then, while ready to move the forearm away from the approaching bar, begin to track the motion of the bar with the upper arm (first link). The ball will catch up to you on it's own, eventually. When you grab the ball, keep the upper arm moving, but immediately start rotating the forearm away from the bar too. At that point you will find that you have lots of time..

Heh, great simple game, made me feel kinda dizzy after finishing it. Need to rewire my brain now.

Like many people here, I lost all ability to play this game when the fulcrum began to move.

Most of the levels where the thingy is moving can be solved with very simple motions or patterns - the solutions are often far easier than it may appear at first. The trick is trying different approaches, and not over-complexifying it.
