What if Bush Wins? In 2004, Sixteen writers made predictions about how a second Bush term would be run. Some guessed better than others. Things could change in the next 2 years, but since we are smack in the middle of the period being discussed, it might be interesting reading

Regarding the "wrong" link: GW has a few global warming initiatives. They seem more like B.S. then anything and are not accomplishing much, but he has at least admitted that the problem is real.
