Don't they do this every year? I can remember hearing this on Morning Edition ten years ago. posted by briank at 8:21 AM on December 22, 2006
Briank, I think NPR does do it every year, but this was the first year I've heard it. posted by Nathanial Hörnblowér at 8:30 AM on December 22, 2006

Sedaris is funny. We gave this on CD to my parents years back so they could listen on the road to Bellingham Washigton driving back from our family Chirstmas in Utah. It was the first time ever my parents called me from the road, in hysterics, to thank me for ANYTHING. posted by tkchrist at 9:35 AM on December 22, 2006
Good stuff. Every year my girlfriend and I listen to this on his CD set Holidays On Ice. Recommended. posted by inoculatedcities at 10:18 AM on December 22, 2006
