Honestly. For Jabba to go against millions of years of genetic programming in his species (of which we only ever see one example--where are the breeding pairs?) to find the secondary sexual characteristics of a bikini-clad human enticing makes absolutely no sense.
It would be the same as me publicly proclaiming that I find oh, I don't know eels*, or mayflies, or skinks, or voles hot.
Even if people wrote it off as some bizarre fetish it would surely cost me all cred in the mafioso underworld.
