Wicked Crispy is the personal site of artist & animator Jeff Victor, who draws Star Wars characters (among other things) in adorable bobblehead style. Found via Drawn.

"Everyone says Leia in the gold bikini is the hottest outfit, but you know, honestly, I think she looks best in that white jumpsuit she wore on Hoth."

Hear, hear.

If you like this, you may also like the work of Katie Cook - a fantastic illustrator who is currently doing a fun series of Star Wars cards for Topps. I love her work.

Honestly. For Jabba to go against millions of years of genetic programming in his species (of which we only ever see one example--where are the breeding pairs?) to find the secondary sexual characteristics of a bikini-clad human enticing makes absolutely no sense.

It would be the same as me publicly proclaiming that I find oh, I don't know eels*, or mayflies, or skinks, or voles hot.

Even if people wrote it off as some bizarre fetish it would surely cost me all cred in the mafioso underworld.

But the art made me chuckle.

*rhymes with feels--hubba-hubba!

But Jabba the Hutt, being a typical member of the ruling patriarchy, recognizes the awesome power of the Male Gaze and its dominion over the bared, pale flesh of Princess Leia's belly, thighs, shoulders and legs.

There are other Hutts portrayed in The Phantom Menace (and the books of the EU).
