Dave: good trick for that is just to click in the URL bar and hit return, sending the URL request again. Haven't seen a site yet where the trick didn't work.

Give the chef a break while he fixes hyperlinks.....[insert jeopardy music here].

chips ahoy: That never works for me in IE, but removing the http:// and sending the request again does.

Oh little (death)star of Bethlehem

they're impressively crappy, especially coming from somebody so wealthy. the only good one is the one at the top of the list, with the little stormtroopers. many are just very bad.

Impressively crappy? McQuarrie? What, are you brain dead?

Somewhat related, the Star Wars Holiday Special.

WARNING: Impossible to watch without experiencing severe mental anguish.

I've always wanted to watch that, parallax7d. Or at least I thought I did. Thanks for proving me wrong!

Yeah, that holiday special was impressively crappy too.
Minus the impressive part.

Ewoks are evil but kitsch santa ewoks are a special kind of evil... and that's not even the worse (that'll be jesus-bacca leading the kids through the snow like the Pied Piper)

The only thing even remotely cool is the Change of Address card at the end.

Oh... it's kettledrums. I thought they had decked out R2D2 in a push-up bra.

Damn.

I watched the Star Wars Christmas Special once. Friend of mine got it on Ebay from a dude in South America, because everyone . I'm not sure what messed my brain up more, it or all the vodka I had to consume before I could watch it. Maybe both. I don't know. I vividly remember the mama-Wookiee in an apron trying to reproduce what she was watching on a cooking show. I'm pretty sure my brain didn't make that bit up.

He still has it, I think, but neither of us has ever suggested watching it again.

Bugger. Because everyone knows if something can only be found third-hand on DVD from Brazil it's got to be good.

Ugh. Ewoks. I hate ewoks. Nearly as much as I hate clowns. Lord knows what would happen if I met up with an ewok clown.

The 1979 moving card is by far the best. Its a good composition and having vader ride in a little side-car seals the deal.
