He's brilliant and quite versatile, i.e., he seems to have a few different "styles". Fun and refreshing to look at. A great post, snoktruix! posted by Seekerofsplendor at 3:03 PM on January 15, 2010

Fantastic! But what is up with the angle of the guy here? posted by Solon and Thanks at 3:14 PM on January 15, 2010
Unless there's something I missed, only a very very tiny percentage of those posted images involve breasts, for all that the most recent two do. That makes the 'breasts' tag more than a little misleading.
But these illustrations are great. (I also looked at the other 50-ish images that did not contain breasts). Wish I could draw like that.
Thank you for posting this. posted by motty at 3:38 PM on January 15, 2010

This is so inspiring, thank you snoktruix. I can't believe how many styles he's mastered. posted by moons in june at 3:44 PM on January 15, 2010
Wow, he's good. Prolonged, emphatic, and visual confirmation that I will never be talented in that way.
At least I can gawk at his stuff. It's also amazing that he says within the blog that his drawings rarely take him more than a day to complete. posted by mosk at 4:37 PM on January 15, 2010
I'm amazed that anyone can draw with a tablet and stylus. Every time I've tried to pick one up I feel like I'm drawing with somebody else's banana. posted by device55 at 4:41 PM on January 15, 2010 [2 favorites]
Argh, it made my hands wither up and fall off as I felt so inadequate. This also tends to happen to my voice when I hear really good music. Maybe I'm just wired differently, but good art makes me want to run away and never make anything again. I might briefly imagine what I could do, but somehow that just makes me feel more inadequate.
Granted, it could just be self-loathing.
Maybe I should draw my self-loathing. posted by mccarty.tim at 5:17 PM on January 15, 2010
thanks. That does make me want to draw. After five drunken minutes, I will close my sketchbook. posted by battleshipkropotkin at 6:08 PM on January 15, 2010
According to the first post, he made the blog because his main page sometimes gets blocked in Israel. posted by effigy at 9:10 AM on January 16, 2010
Also it does make me want to draw! I'd love a memail if you have taken classes in NYC and have recommendations. posted by effigy at 9:13 AM on January 16, 2010
device55, I like to at least hope that he uses a cintiq, but even given that advantage, he's got MILES of illustration talent beyond most. He has an uncanny way with volumetric lighting that looks almost like CG. But I would give my right pinkie-toe to so easily pull off this, too. posted by gorgor_balabala at 9:15 AM on January 16, 2010
