One of my cats is named Winston and I have no doubt the crazy little fucker would try something similar.

That dog wasn't acting aggressively, it's body language says that it was having a fun old time treating the car as a giant tug of war opponent. It's a Very Bad Dog but it's not being aggressive. It probably thought there were no people around to see what he was doing.

The other dog knows they're in trouble though. Look at him when the cop hits the siren- dude, someone's watching, we gotta get out of here!

It's awesome when your hometown makes MetaFilter. Apparently, the cops did try tasers and pepper spray on the dog, and I'm really surprised they didn't shoot it or have it immediately put down. Yesterday, a judge ordered Winston to obedience training.
