So, I can't tell from the pictures: is the silhouette cut from the inside layer of the tube, or does she cut all the way through the tube, or is she using other material and then inserting it in the tube? "I cut the small paper shapes that I stick inside the toilet paper rolls. I use tweezers to manipulate the paper shapes. I selecte the paper of the same color as the roll.
