He has pleaded innocent to all 35 federal counts against him, and posted his $5 million bond with a cashier's check.

Sure sounds like guilty behavior to me.
Sounds like they need to hose him down and let him sleep it off is more like it. (It could be worse. He could have done what this guy did.)

Skilling's attorney, Bruce Hiler, said Friday that Skilling was never at the two Manhattan bars police said he visited, American Trash and Vudu Lounge.
Would they deny if this was the ground work for an insanity/incompetence defense?
