In the second ass hat link, urbandictionary.com defines "ass hat" as "one who... practices asshattery." But then it does not provide a definition of asshattery. This is called a circular definition and is not acceptable. I demand a definition of asshattery that does not include the term "ass hat".

For a design class I took in college, we had to make crazy hats... I don't remember the specifics of the assignment but the hat that I made was a pretty damn good mock-up of the second-generation iMac. I used a bowl, covered in white cloth, for the hat part, and attached a tube covered in aluminum foil holding a foamcore screen to the top. It was sweet.
