I thought you were using a new phrase ("pax digita") that meant "the peace of digitization." I like that. Thanks for accidentally inventing it.

I think the previous thread about this went pretty badly. People seemed to be falling all over themselves to proclaim how the article was bullshit and race isn't an issue in the "indie" scene, but posters like liquorice, Brandon Blatcher, hydrophonic made some good points about the stereotypes and racial issues that are indeed still to be found that everyone pretty much ignored. It's great if you and your local clubs are color-blind, but there are real issues of race in the "indie" music world to be discussed.

In my experience, this is utter bullshit, at least when it comes to serious music geeks of any race. Take all the arbitrary taxonomy with several grains of and concentrate on what comes out of the speakers.
